Matrix support and service level agreement
In addition to various hosting options, Intendance offers a comprehensive range of Matrix support packages to ensure in the event of any technical problems occurring there is a clearly defined procedure that you can expect to be followed.
Intendance’s recommended package consists of a full service level agreement (SLA) provided by the Matrix development team – who are based in UK and Australia to provide round-the-clock support – wrapped in a more general level of support provided by Intendance. This combination ensures that all queries related to your website are covered, be they specific technical issues - perhaps to do with website performance - or more general issues, for example to do with uploading new content or minor design changes.
