The most important and radical piece of legislation to hit the legal profession in years.
Head of Intendance Research James Tuke, with Neil Rose (former deputy editor of the Law Gazette), presents the findings of a two-year study of the impact of the Legal Services Act 2007 on the legal profession. Hosted by Ian Cooper of LIPS Legal, this webinar is based on the only reserach of its kind: the Intendance 'Brave New World' report; a report that identifies the threats - and opportunities - posed by the Act on commercial and retail firms, and the Bar.
