Intendance has been appointed by a leading UK law firm to carry out a strategic benchmarking survey of their online operations.

The consultation process consists of two parts designed to evaluate the firm's current position in the online legal marketplace, and the options available to them for future improvement.

The first part uses Intendance's proven 'Fast Fifty' benchmarking criteria to compare their site to 'friends', clients and competitors. The second part involves a survey on the use of online services to find out how advisors from various sectors are using the Internet to support their clients.  

The results will be packaged into presentations and a consultative report.
